Step into a small group workshop with Ash Allen and discover the art of personal storytelling while exploring Nordic values and ways of living. Over three sessions, you’ll develop your own true story, receive feedback, and prepare to perform it in a showcase for the public at Nordia House.
Inspired by Nordic traditions like fika (pausing to connect), friluftsliv (joy in nature), and hygge (coziness and connection, this class is designed to nurture both your voice and your community.
This class is perfect for anyone interested in exploring personal narrative, performance, and cultural heritage. No prior experience required – just bring your curiosity, your voice, and a story that matters to you.
Participants should expect to do work outside of class time.
